I am wishing each and every one of you a very peaceful and loving holiday! Yes, I am back and no, I am not back in full speed like I was before, but, I am very proud of myself and I am very grateful for all of your support to get back to having my feet on the ground and my head not in the clouds, instead leveled. I have cherished you all for two decades, plus. I would like to know what you would like to see changed in 2025. Merry happy holidays, inclusive of all. Xoxo

Congratulations to this incredible family, and their new addition, Isha!! She is so blessed to have two kids, her husky sister, Ruby, and two phenomenal parents!! They have been patiently waiting for the right and match for their daughter, especially, and she was able to pick out her new best friend herself, and I can’t wait to see them have many, many, many years together to come!

I’ve truly never known a single dog in the 15,000+ animals that I have rescued to love giant stuffed animals, as if they are their babies and best friends like this dog! She stole my white teddy bear that I’ve had for a decade, I bought her the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to replace her Spider-Man that she had forever that she completely loved literally to death, and she bought her own pink otter at the Seattle aquarium two weeks ago and she cherishes them!! What is your animals most favorite thing in the whole world?

A morning in my life. In all of rescue life. They’re a ton of work and require vigilance and patience as they’re babies learning. But they require so much patience. And it’s healing and fun. I hope this post makes you feel great this morning and also consider fostering locally.

I’ve been doing this work for so many decades it builds, renewals, breaks and then heals my heart. Lydia is soooo fortunate, just like our Crunchy Crouton and the Crew. Congratulations.

This adoption is so special. We have known Lydia Deets new mom for quite a long time. We met her back when we worked with Panda Paws Rescue when she applied for the stinkiest little pug that we rescued in California. Her name was Crunchy Crouton. She was a hot mess, but her new mom loved her unconditionally. She ended up being the best puggy wuggy ever. She recently passed from cancer. Her mom decided to open her heart up to Lydia. Something about her was calling to her. Lydia is in store for one of the best dog moms a girl could ask for.

Contratulations Crunchwrap!! This boy is officially adopted by his new momma and daddy, KayLynn & Cian!! He has a new BIG brother, August, who’s a handsome orange Maine Coon! They are already best friends and Auggie lets Crunchwrap snuggle up right on top of him! A purrrfect match!!! I’m so, so happy for you four!

Many of you will recall Mocha. She’s one of our cafe litter girls and she’s needing to be rehomed for no fault of her own. She’s a 4 year old little love. Mocha loves snuggling her human, treats and playing with other pups. She loves kids and is super friendly and cuddly. She does have accidents in the house on occasion but if there's other pups around she can drop that habit. She uses a doggie door too. Her favorite thing is being cuddled up under a blanket or basking in the sun when it's shining through a window. She loves car rides and begs to go through any drive through because she loves saying hello to everyone! (And the treats)
