It's almost that time of year again! 🍒 🎆

The Blue Angels will be arriving at the end of next week to get the festivities started on July 2nd! Remember, the jets have practice flights a day or two before the scheduled show. Please plan ahead if you need medications refilled for your pets' noise fears for these upcoming events! ❤️🤍💙

Do note: We WILL BE CLOSED July 2nd - July 4th. The clinic will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday, July 5th.

We are all moved in! 🤩

We want to say thank you to everyone for your patience as we made our way down the street. We have been spoiled on our first couple of days with lots of well wishes. We even have met some new cute faces! Thank you, Rodriguez family, for letting us share your new addition, Bohdi. Look at his cute haircut! 😍
Special thanks to the wonderful ladies at Salon Verve for spoiling us with these beautiful flowers, too!

Stay tuned for updated appointment protocols. We are fine-tuning a few things, and we hope to be doing some face-to-face appointments soon.

Guess what?!!... We are ready to move into our new clinic!!! 🤩

A few important notes to share as we make this transition starting Friday, April 29th. Friday and Monday, we will not be offering any appointments. We will still have a receptionist available for food/medication pick-ups. We will let you know what clinic to go to for those items.

We plan to be up and running at the new clinic on Tuesday, May 3rd. Our new location is at 435 Bay Street on the corner of Oak and Bay - previously, the Northern Floor and Tile Company. We have an entire clinic to move down the street; we ask that in order for us to be up and running next week, please use your patience with our medical team. 🤗

Stay tuned here for any updates over the next few days. Our systems will need to be shut down at some point to switch over. ☎️🖥🩺

Dr. Cooper is driven by her relationships with her clients. She has a special interest in the human-animal bond, preventative medicine, dentistry, and surgery. She counts it an absolute privilege to serve both people and animals through the capacity of veterinary medicine. She is very excited to be part of the Bay West team! 🐾🩺🐾

UPDATE: THIS SWEET GUY IS BACK HOME WITH HIS FAMILY!! 😻

This sweet little cat came roaming through our yard today. Probably a local, we just want him to find his way back home safe and sound. If anyone knows this cute face, maybe a little older gentleman, we would be happy to help him get across the streets!

This cute quad just wants to say a quick Thank You for everyone's patience through this pandemic. 😻

Since it's been a minute from our last update we just wanted inform everyone that we are still working curbside.

We feel it's the safest way to continue to operate, as you know we work in a small clinic. Our exams rooms do not allow the 6 foot distance from doctor/assistant to pet parents. Which also does not allow us to properly vent out and have enough sanitizing time between appointments to protect others. If one of our staff members were to become COVID positive our entire clinic would have to be shut down for quarantine. Yes, masks help and yes, vaccines have started. However, we are not yet comfortable to welcome in the humans. 🙂
