Santa is coming to IFA in Tremonton to take photos and help raise money to support Tremonton City Animal Shelter. The suggested donation is $5, but it's not required, and we want everyone to stop by to welcome Santa to our amazing town. You can take photos with your own camera!

Friendly pets on leashes are welcome.

We will also be collecting supplies that can be purchased at IFA. Santa's helpers will have the shelter's Christmas Wish List of needed items. This is a great way to support an amazing local business and the shelter in one stop.

This GIANT cat with curled/folded ears was found living under a residence near Meadow Park (754 S 700 W, Tremonton) approximately one week ago. Please send us a message or text the Animal Control office at 435-257-9545 if you know where it belongs.

On Sunday 11/9/2025, in the area of 2500 W 1000 N in Tremonton, a resident saw a U-Haul pulling a trailer with a white pickup on it. The U-Haul was parked next to a red pickup that was pulling a livestock trailer. When the vehicles left the area, four Golden Retrievers appeared to have been left behind and very frightened.

We're grateful for the good Summaritans who worked to secure the four dogs and kept them safe from traffic. We are asking for help identifying who may have been driving the vehicles or anyone who recently had an adult female and three young Golden Retrievers but no longer has them. Two of the dogs are dark golden (reddish coloring) and two are light golden (blond coloring).

Do you know me?

I went for a Sunday stroll down Tremont St and got picked up for jaywalking by the Food Pantry. I'm safe at the shelter, but I'd love to get back home. I've got a microchip, and they'll find out if my family registered my info on it. Paws crossed.
