My boys. 🤍 They love so hard. It’s a going thing that females love their person but males are IN love with their person, and it’s so true. I couldn’t imagine life without my Romie and Boone. They are goofy and outgoing, crazy smart, a friend to anyone they meet, but most of all they are both wonderful examples of loyalty and love to our family. I’m so proud to call them ours and even more proud to see them pass their love on to our puppy families. The love of a Golden is truly unmatched. 🫶🏼

Stranger Things Litter ♥️

Ara is a force of nature and she welcomed all nine of these little ones in just over two hours, with ease!! She is doing so well and hasn’t skipped a beat. We’ve already played a quick game of fetch (her favorite) in the back yard today. The pups are all thriving and gaining weight. She is so attentive to their needs and it’s truly amazing to watch. My husband has been waiting for years to have a Stranger Things litter, and here we are!

While we’re here, more exciting news to share! Ara received her therapy dog certification through HABIT and she will be working with her Guardian mom after the pups go to their new homes. We are so incredibly proud of her and can’t wait to see all the joy she brings to people in the Chattanooga area! 🥹

**After contacting our w*aitl*ist it looks like we will have a couple of M*ALE spots a*vailable in this litter. These puppies will be wonderful active companions with the potential to go down sport or therapy avenues.

Good morning and HELLO WORLD!! 🤎

Ara + Boone pups are coming! First puppy was whelped at 5:12 am and momma is already working on number FIVE - exactly one hour in! We have two little boys and two little girls so far. Follow along below for updates and send all the prayers and well wishes to mom and babies. 🫶🏼

Our Wine Babies: Boone’s first litter + Winnie’s last litter really set the bar. 🥹

I am truly in awe over these pups. Years of planning and growing our program, to make sure that our puppies have both the temperament and the physical attributes the Golden Retriever breed should possess. Friendly, confident, intelligent, biddable and wonderful companions that have the versatility to follow many different paths. I challenge myself to continue to grow and work in bettering our program, titling, and I hope to introduce show lines (one day). It’s a work in progress but the sky is the limit and I am learning every single day. 🤍

What a wonderful yet heartbreaking weekend.

We welcomed Sadie + Boone’s babies. Ten little angels came into the world and two left us. If you followed along on Sadie’s birth post then you know that one sweet boy was born sleeping. This is difficult but it happens sometimes, especially in larger litters. His placenta had detached and there was nothing we could do to save him. Nine other puppies came, all healthy but one girl was very small. She was nursing well and fitting right in with her siblings. I sleep near the puppies for the first couple of weeks and check on them just about every hour, especially through the night. I had been watching my favorite show while checking up, and everyone was nursing - perfectly happy - it hadn’t been but 40-50 minutes when I got up to check on them. Little tiny girl was behind momma’s legs. I thought she was just sleeping really well, but when I moved her she was limp. I realized that she wasn’t just sleeping. She was warm but she wasn’t breathing. I yelled for Chris. He came to help. I tried everything to bring her back but it just wasn’t happening. I sat and I cried. I don’t know if she may have accidentally gotten up under Sadie, or if something was wrong in her little body, but we had to let her go. This is the first time we’ve lost a pup suddenly after birth and it has just wrecked me. Every puppy that we bring into this world is so special, but I like to believe that she had a purpose much bigger than our world. Although I’m heartbroken that we lost her, I am so thankful that we have eight thriving littles here with us and a momma who is recovering wonderfully. I’m thankful for our support system and everyone who has reached out with caring words. Our dogs are our world and I am not just a breeder. Every puppy that comes out of our program is loved beyond measure.

With all that being said, we are happy to welcome our Sadie + Boone babies. I’ve waited for a second generation litter from Roman + Willow for a long time. 🤍 These puppies will be wonderful companions and I truly believe they will do great things. Little girl will be watching over them. 🥰
