****Update**** I have a fabulous home for miss Skye to go to!!! Thank you everyone for the help!!!
This is Skye she has been with me since Feb 2 Her owner is very sick and will not be coming home for a long time. She has decided to find her a new home. I love her she is a great dog but I can not keep her. Can you please spread the word if you know anyone looking. She is probably a pit mix, 4years old, spayed, shots up to date and is a lover. You can tell she was spoiled. She is a cuddler and has slowly learned to share attention with my animals. She gets along great with dogs and cats. If everyone can read this article please. They do say keeping up with Bordetella is a good idea. That’s the kennel cough vaccination that is given by a vet tech usually $25ish my personal dogs get it every 6 months now

I will be putting something in writing so I might ask you to sign something next time you’re here assuming you know the risk of coming here and your dog possibly being exposed Also, please tell me immediately if you get home and they are sick. I need to let everybody know that was here. It doesn’t mean they gave it to everyone. It just means it’s here. I am really hoping this stays out of our area as long as possible.

Cases of a mysterious dog illness are showing up in Des Moines. In fact, one local veterinarian says she first saw it in September. Sick dogs...

I can not believe this girl is still here. My guess is she has an aggressive bark but was here at Lucky dog running and playing with any and all temperaments and was just fine!! She is playful and sweet and VERY well mannered.

Just a few updates

I am NOT going to raise my rates. Currently $30 a night and $25 a night for additional dogs in the same family. With that being said please remember Venmo charges me 2% plus inflation of EVERYTHING haha I do buy lots of things weekly for the dogs. Also this job takes me away from kids activities and I am never away from home for more then 4hours. Soooooooo when dropping off and picking up please be on time. If you tell me a time I am down there. I don’t want set drop off pick up times due to that ruins my flexibility for kid activities too.

I am a small facility with only 6 kennels. I am usually two weeks booked out. For that reason I took down my website. I am staying so busy with out the google search’s. THANK YOU ALL FOR THAT!

I also farm with my dad so I am usually on the land but need a heads up when you are coming please. I am living my two dream jobs and love it!! So thankful for my awesome clients so I am able to!! ❤️🍀🙌🏼

Morning! What a Summer it was!! Thank you to all my clients. I was so busy I was scared to advertise on here!! I had a lot of fun and I am slowly figuring out what works best!!! I am going to post some more pictures of our crazy Summer here.

Thank you for all the patience while I have been harvesting. Harvest will be done this week!!

I may have to make some drop off times and pick up. I really didn’t want to have to do that but I have ZERO life having to be home off and on all the time. Other then that enjoy some Summer pics!!

Almost DONE!
Waiting on cots (to sleep on) and some fencing outside to be completed with some nice weather ☀️ I will be painting the outside and hanging the sign soon too!!! This has been a long road but my dream come true!!! I am ready to book stays!!! Thanks to all of you that have helped me along the way!
