This is why I put check marks next to the name of the dogs that have appointments!!!!! So I know I GAVE YOU A CARD WITH YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!!! And if I got it wrong then I want to see the card if you say you have it so I can verify that I ( ME) F@&KED it up on my end…. I own up to my mistakes and try to make it right. I don’t appreciate rudeness what so ever… and with that go find someone who cares as much as I do about making things right( good luck with that)!!!!

So with that I am now going to implement a NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY: YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR SERVICES UNLESS 24HR NOTICE IS GIVEN.
