Twisted V Ranch is excited to offer pasture raised lamb, pigs and cattle! We are a Mangalitsa pig, Gyulais cattle and registered Texel sheep breeding ranch in Troup, Texas. We keep our animals happy and healthy with rotational grazing and protect them with Komondor livestock guardian dogs.

We are excited to have free range pork for sale! Our Mangalitsa pigs are free to dig in the dirt and eat pasture to their hearts content. We supplement them with feed. Slaughter date is Monday the 26th of February. We can do full and half for you. You can also select your own cuts and preferences.

Prices:
Whole $6 per hanging pound ($200 deposit).
Half $7 per hanging pound ($100 deposit).

We estimate the hanging weight of a full pork to average 125 pounds. Exact weights will be known once processed.

Additional processing costs will be added with custom cuts like bacon, smoked sausages etc.).
