Everyone is safe, happy, and dry (well not me 😂). Thankful for no flooding in the barn, no significant damage to the property, by some miracle the power stayed on, and an indoor arena to keep the horses moving while we wait for everything outside to dry up. Looking forward to the next week of sunny days!

Adorable small pony gelding available for half or full onsite lease. Just a hair above 12 hands but good bone and big barrel to take up leg well. Green, but is so sensible and honest. Going w/t/c and jumping X rails and small verticals in lines and small courses, rides outside of the ring, very friendly and easy to get along with on the ground. Suitable for an intermediate + rider as we are looking to continue his education while giving someone the opportunity to affordably enjoy a nice pony. Weekly lessons required with one of our trainers. Riders in photos vary in height from 4'10 to 5'3 and up to 120 pounds. Located in Troutman NC at facility with indoor and outdoor riding arenas. Opportunity to show for the right candidate.

Congratulations to our riders on a great weekend at Progressive Show Jumping ! This was a first show for several new horse & rider pairs, who all far exceeded our expectations. Many riders brought home top placings as well as several championship and reserve ribbons thanks to the help of BCTC and a wonderful, uplifting and motivating team of riders and parents! 🏆

If you have horse experience & are looking for a little more barn time, here is your chance!

We are seeking reliable & knowledgable weekend help for 2-3 weekends per month. We are hoping to find someone who is able to be consistent & is looking to become a long term member of our team. Attention to detail and reliability are a must. Preference is to find someone who can do AM/PM both Sat/Sun as we frequently go to horse shows over weekends. Because of this, living close to Troutman NC is important. Other opportunities are also available to the right person. This would be a great opportunity for a responsible high school age teen with reliable transportation!
This is a boarding facility with between 10-15 horses. Duties will include feeding, turnout/bringing in, cleaning stalls daily, blanketing, and other basic care. We are looking to bring someone on ASAP, compensation to be discussed. Please send a PM or call/text 704-960-9686 if you are interested! We are located in Troutman NC.

Since Benny has a few ‘fans’ following his progress, I wanted to post a quick update! This guy is coming along so nicely and is such a sweetheart. I have a video posted of the first time sitting on him. It’s not much, but huge progress from trying to run off, spin, etc. I posted some pics in the comments! I don’t normally do this whole bareback thing especially for the first couple rides, but I had a good feeling about this (or I was feeling brave 🤣) either way, it went very well! He is going to make someone a very best friend and partner.
