Our beautiful girl, Ms Cathy. It was such a joy to have her home on the farm for the Holidays. She is in training to become a service dog. Fingers crossed she will pass/exceed all her breeding clearances in 2026 so she can produce a special litter for us before being paired with her human partner.

Bugsy taking a well deserved snooze at the STAR OF BETHLEHEM dog show in PA.
She was entered for her very first obedience trial and attained a repectable score of 92.5/100 in securing her first leg for the BEGINNER NOVICE title.
Wednesday she ran her very first RALLY ADVANCED leg and qualified although she showed her sociable side! Upon entry into the ring she left the start up position to make a very polite introduction to the judge. Half way thru the course she decided she would try one more time to say hello to the judge to collect some pets and demonstrate why she would make an excellent Pet Therapy dog!
Well, a score result of 70/100 is now the lowest score on record for Sybille as her trainer. Distraction training is high on the training list before the next trial!

Not just once but twice:

Badger presented with the AWARD OF MERIT by AKC Judges Dana Cline and Rosalind Kramer at the Mid Michigan Labrador Specialty show in Lansing, MI this weekend.

With 40 Labradors competing and a total of 9 Champions present today, we are thrilled to receive this recognition for our 18 months old boy!

Many thanks to Sean Boyle and Lisa Sobosz for presenting him at the show!

We celebrated our Thanksgiving yesterday with dear friends on their farm in Appomattox so our furry kids could enjoy non- freezing field time! We think of their special farm as "Labrador Heaven". Bugsy had so much fun retrieving out of pond and stream especially with her littermate brother, Bear.
Can you just see their excitement when they can freely romp and roam to their hearts content?

Our Labradors have opened up a whole world of blessings and happiness for us. What could possibly be better than so much furry fiber of love and joy coupled with an ever-growing circle of special friends?

Wishing especially all of our CiaoBella Families an extra special Thanksgiving Holiday this weekend!!

Always such fun to be at the Specialty shows of the Labrador Retriever Club of the Potomac. The Bare Bones Specialty in Maryland was a wonderful time to connect with friends and see some of the finest Labradors!

Thrilled beyond words to have received this in the mail today. Badger's official AKC CONFORMATION CHAMPIONSHIP.
Achieved quickly with limited showing and professional handling help from Sean Boyle and Lisa Sobosz. The day after earning his Championship Lisa secured a 3 point and 4 point major with champion defeat from the BOB class. Now onwards to finish his GrandChampionship!

Oh oh...my shoes are no longer safe! After playing in the kitchen they swiftly ran out the door with them into the yard....

Puppies loose in the kitchen ...lol...they are having so much fun!

Time for another woods walk. Puppies are now 6 weeks old

It is a puppy social!!! Ms Willow, Razzle, Scout and Ben came to introduce themselves to the Adventure puppies. Venture LOVED Willow!
