Blockheads & Bows Pet Services LLC was started in 2021, and it has been a game-changer for local pet parents. When our founder realized the local market just was not cutting it for special needs pets and those adorably misunderstood bully breeds, she decided to step in and build something to help make a difference. I am extremely grateful to those of you who continue to allow me, and B & B, to care for your pets and be a small part of your lives. Your kindness, encouragement, trust and enthusiasm for my little business has meant everything to me the last few years that we have shared together. Here’s to the start of year 4 for B & B!

To those of you who have allowed me to care for your pets since opening, thank you. Thank you for letting photos like these be slid into your recap cards, for letting your babies become my bonus puppies. For the continued enthusiasm, kindness, referrals, and support you have all given me as B & B has grown over the years.

As we kickoff year 4 together some exciting things are ahead for B & B including:
• A renewed membership with the Troy Chamber of Commerce.
• Plans to onboard another part time team member to give your pets another best friend in addition to myself, Miss Suzie and Nana Pam.
• Blockheads & Bows team members becoming Fear Free certified to ensure we are continually expanding and improving our knowledge to provide the safest, personally tailored love and care to your pets.

Thank you all for letting me continue to do what I love and spend my days with your pets and families.

😕 Outstanding balances- a few are still showing in the portal, and on day 14 a 20% late fee will automatically be applied to your account. When that happens services will be immediately halted for your pet(s) until payment is made. Any future visits scheduled will need to be prepaid in order for your pet to see their best friend if the late fee is applied to your account.
