Ruthie is a sweet girl who is being fostered by a client of mine, and she is ready for her forever home. She has a very sweet, gentle temperament, is crate trained, loves snacks, and listens well. She is cat friendly, dog friendly (I am unsure about little dogs but a meet and greet is required), and deserves to live the rest of her life in the comfort of a loving home. Ruth will also come with a best friend (me 😉) who owns a pet service company, is familiar with her and will happily help you transition her into a new routine.

🐾 Tuesday afternoon I will be speaking at the Montgomery County Commissioner’s meeting asking for their support for a citizen lead task force for animal welfare. What does this mean for your pet? Appointments will be shifted to the start of the arrival window to ensure nobody is missed while I’m at that meeting. I’ll be back at it in the late afternoon/evening to spoil all of my besties 😊

💍 I am getting married in January so if you are thinking at all about travel please let me know asap so we can arrange for one of our awesome team members to step in if any of your vacation falls on the weekend of my wedding. I’ll remind you all as we get closer 😉

🙀 Payments- for those of you not on autopay please note that you have 7 days to pay without a late fee- on day 8 the system will add a 20% fee. To avoid the late payment fee you must cancel 24 hours’ prior to the start of your scheduled window for walks, play dates and potty breaks. For overnights and almost overnights the 50% cancellation fee is anything within 7 days’ of the start of services. Going forward there will be no waived fees unless there is an emergency or illness. Thank you for your understanding.

To help say “so long” to February 2025 here is our monthly recap!

A couple quick announcements/reminders:

• Friday March 21 (starting at 1 pm) & Saturday March 22 I am off for wedding dress shopping 💍👰🏼

• Easter weekend is full for overnights and almost overnights with Kristen. Coverage for play dates is available with our team for the weekend.

• Memorial Day overnight is fully booked, and almost overnight is full for Kristen due to the bonus kiddo getting married 🩷 coverage is available for almost overnights and potty breaks that weekend with one of our awesome team members!

• Dean and I are probably getting married later this year 😉 Since he is a teacher that likely means a weird to you but normal for our schedules honeymoon time. COVERAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE WHILE I AM GONE! Once we pick our venue and finalize our date I will let anyone impacted know who will be stepping in on the days I am gone.

Thank you all for the kind messages and cards this past week with the loss of my sweet Hopie girl.

On Thursday (2/27) my last client visit will finish at 1 so I can take my “first born pupper” Enzo to his vet for an echocardiogram. Friday we were told his heart is only functioning around 20% so I will want to be there to see what the echo says, and determine what his comfort care will be over the coming months. I will be back at it around dinner for your pups who I am doing evening visits, overnights and almost overnights with. Thank you for understanding.
