I am a dog mom to Enzo Marley, an American Staffordshire Terrier and Royal Roo, a Bullmastiff/Staffordshire terrier mix. While I absolutely adore all dogs, my heart lies in caring for the special needs pets, and the “bully” breeds. While on a walk your dog will be my sole focus. I will be sure to select a different route (if possible) during each walk to help them get familiar with their area, but
to also help stimulate their brain with the different scents. If you have multiple dogs that need to be walked separately, for any reason, I will rotate my routes so that each dog is exploring a different area instead of where their fur sibling just was. I am happy to go as fast paced, or as leisurely as Fido wants to take our time together. My typical drop-in visit consists of the following: enter and greet your beloved furkid who will be totally excited to see me (hello treats!- only if it's okay with you first), and then take them outside. While outside I am happy to play fetch, or any other activity they're interested in. Once we come back in I check the water/food situation, and will take care of any medical needs that may be required at this time from giving pills to injections. There's time for a snuggle, or a game, and then it's one last break outside before I head out for the morning or afternoon. I send detailed report cards with photos after every visit via the portal I use at Pet Pocketbook. ****If injections are required for your pup's care I offer a free 60 minute meet and greet to go over everything thoroughly. I am happy to repeat a few times before going solo to ensure your comfort and your dog's.****
If I’m doing an overnight stay in your home then I am happy to help out with light housework (unloading the dishwasher, vacuuming up after your beloved furkid you’ve had to leave behind because grandma is allergic), light dusting etc. I will only leave your home to take care of my drop in/walk clients which is currently around 7 hours out of the day. This is broken up in blocks of time so I am able to do unlimited drop-ins during the day for your pup(s). Don’t worry about Fido- I will have him/her so worn out from playing they’ll snooze until I return. From how your pets eat their meals, to sleeping arrangements I try to keep things as normal as possible for them. I also provide as many updates as necessary for your peace of mind while your pet is under my care. These include report cards that are emailed to you with photos, videos, careful charting of food/water consumption, medication details, and a rundown of our time together.

My beautiful friend Bev passed away today, after an incredibly brave fight against cancer.
She leaves behind 3 loving children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, her dog Maizie and her crazy friend/dog walker. Friday morning, as I watched her leave her home, the last thing she told me was to “make sure Maizie was taken care of”. Bev was fiercely loyal, supportive, funny, loved ghost stories (she told me several that kept me up at night 😂), and LOVED to dance. She told me stories about growing up and having living room dance parties with her brother and parents, I imagine she is having the biggest dance party now.
Her late husband Jerry met me at the door once last January and asked me to come in and speak to them. When I sat down at the table she said “now Red this is very important- how do we use our phones to order pizza on the Casey’s app?” I taught them how to use phone apps, mapped their trip to New Mexico with them, and loved their dog Kanga until she crossed the bridge last October in my arms at Medvet with Bev on the phone and Dean beside me.
I could have chatted with her for hours, and often did over lunch or dinner. Bev knew about all of your dogs and how they were doing often asking if she hadn’t heard me mention them at least once a week, my own dogs, Dean, my business plans, and was one of the biggest cheerleaders for me over the last 3 years. This past spring when we went through kitchen renovation, I showed up to walk Maizie and Bev had bought a huge thing of Cascade to celebrate our new dishwasher- nobody was more excited than I was about getting a dishwasher except for Bev. Bev also helped me pick bathroom paints, shower curtains, and bedroom paint colors. When I would sneak away for vacations or days off we always checked in with the other at least once a day, she always told me she referred to me as her bonus granddaughter, and I just called her my grandma.
To say I already miss her tremendously is an understatement. I am asking for patience the next few days as I process this loss, and attend her services when they are held.

Our fair Queen, Shiloh, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Tuesday August 13, 2024.
She is survived by her loving parents and grandparents, brother LouLou, and her most tolerated babysitter, me. Her brothers Bruno and Maverick probably heard her start to fuss at them as soon as her paws hit The Bridge 😉
Shiloh and I spent a lot of time over 2.5 years together. She saw me through some of the worst days, and some of the very best days, and from her perch on the sunny spot on the sofa provided a loving warmth to comfort me through it all. The last week I spent with her it was my honor to do everything I could to make her comfortable. Shiloh handled the fluid therapy like she was recovering from a night in Vegas with the girls, perking up enough to eat a very small amount of her current favorite, Spam, before I had to tell her goodbye.
While I don’t know what comes after this life for me, I sure hope I’m greeted with a nudge from her nose and those velvet ears of hers brushing my fingertips to say “hello old friend, I’m glad you made it” as she scoots over to make room on the sunny spot on the sofa.
Rest well Shiloh, until we meet again sweet girl ❤️🌈

By now most of you know we lost Dean’s mom, Marianne, suddenly due to a tragic accident after losing his dad 4 months ago.
If you are on the schedule this week please make sure your emergency contact information is sent to me •before• your scheduled appointments so I can have backup ready for the wake and funeral mass.

I have been made obsolete when it comes to BellBell, Chonkers and their new love for Nana Pam 🥹
🚨I believe I have gotten in touch with everyone regarding the family emergency I have that is going on. As hard as it is for me to step away and arrange backup care for a few days it is absolutely necessary and I cannot thank you all enough for only being concerned about Dean and his family.

🛥️ Labor Day weekend (8/30 - 9/4) is fully booked
🦃 Thanksgiving is fully booked for all services
🎅🏼 Christmas & New Years are fully booked for all services
🇺🇸 Memorial Day weekend is selectively open, my future bonus kiddo is getting married that Saturday so I will not be working at all on 5/24/25.
🎆 Fourth of July 2025 is fully booked
I realize this is a lot to throw at you all, and may be surprising to a few of you but my holidays for 2025 and 2026 are already filling up. If you are a client in good standing I do not require a deposit to schedule, so I recommend getting ahead of the crowd and scheduling as soon as you contemplate holiday travel with myself or any other pet sitter/boarding facility.

Your pet’s best friend is OFF for a weekend in September. Going forward I will be scheduling myself one full weekend off a month, I know some of you work weekends and I will do my best to work my schedule around those provided I have ample notice on your end. Guess who is back, with a cute new sister?!? 😍
Recently it has been mentioned that a phone number is no longer listed for my business on here and on the website, I’d like to address that today. For the first 3 years life was grand, and then I rescued an adorable, horrifically abused pit bull who was a former dog fighter named Maximus/Brunson.
After his death and the news articles came out I was inundated with calls from people, including two that left me shaken and questioning my safety after having my home broken into. For that reason the police advised I remove my phone number from any online platform immediately. As his case continues to work through our judicial system I feel best using email/the website for prospective clients to contact me.
I appreciate the understanding, kindness, and support for B & B and can’t wait to see where the rest of 2024 takes us all! 🩷

What a cute start to the week!
🥳 August 3 - August 8 I am off to celebrate my birthday, and Dean’s birthday.
📣 If your pet will need coverage the deadline to schedule is July 22nd. No requests will be accepted after that date so that I may staff accordingly. Several of you emailed, texted and called me while I was on my vacation in July- I will not be answering any forms of communication on this upcoming trip. Suzie and I will be in direct contact daily, but unless there is an emergency and your pet is on the schedule for the days I am gone you will not hear from me until August 8, 2024 at 10 am.

I have gone over the weather, payment, holiday and cancellation policies but I’d like to touch on scheduling today.
We are always happy to see your pet(s), however please make sure you are scheduling ahead of time to ensure adequate route planning on our end and availability for the requested appointment type. Same day appointment availability is on hold, unless it is an emergency, due to the summer schedule. Overnights are completely booked, with a wait list, into September with *all* 2024 holidays being booked for overnights. Almost overnights are an excellent alternative on the occasion that I am booked for an overnight so your pet can still have time with their bestie 😉
