Our facility Deer Creek Equestrian Center is expanding!
We will begin developing the County Line pastures shortly. This 34-acre pasture area, is located right next to the Creekside pasture area, with a small creek separating the two areas. This new expansion will house 16-18 horses with a set-up similar to our Creekside pasture area with 50x100 ft private paddocks, plenty of pastures for grazing in small groups and multiple arenas to include another 150x250 ft arena, 20x40 and 20x60 meter dressage arenas, multiple round pens, trailer parking, wash racks, private tack rooms, and of course access to The Trails at Deer Creek Farms, miles and miles of trails on the family farm.
Please DM us for more info on how to schedule a tour, and reserve a spot. We expect to begin taking boarders as early as December for move-in as each section is completed. Act fast, as we already have spots reserved.

Central Texas Equestrian Centers, LLC and it's series, Deer Creek Equestrian Center is owned and managed by Fred and Annise Finch of Troy Texas. We live on the property and personally manage and oversee the facility and each pasture area.

Come enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside with us! We have paddock openings with pasture turn-out available in our Creekside Pastures starting March 1st.
Board packages start at $500.00/horse/month.

About Creekside
Nestled on 20 acres next to Deer Creek, our Creekside pastures offer a quiet oasis surrounded by trees. With direct access to the Trails at Deer Creek Farms and plenty of amenities for riding pleasure, the Creekside pastures are perfect for the pleasure rider who enjoys arena activities as well as an adventure out on the trails. This area houses up to 8 horses on paddock board, to include pasture turn-out, and 2 horses on pasture board.
Amenities at the Creekside Pastures include:
•Horses are housed in Private 50×100′ paddocks with private loafing sheds.
•Options include daily turn-out on pasture or paddock only board without turn-out.
•Private tack/storage rooms attached to your horse’s loafing shed in the assigned paddock.
•150×250 foot clay riding arena with jumps, barrels, poles, cavaletti , etc. available for use.
•80×150 foot grass multipurpose area
•20×40 meter grass dressage arena
•20×60 meter grass dressage arena
•64 foot round pen
•Access to miles of trails on the •Trails at Deer Creek Farms (our 477-acre family farm)

•Concrete wash rack with shade
•stocks for veterinary use
•Fenced parking area with designated car, truck, and trailer parking

The sunset the other night over the Hillside pastures at our Deer Creek Equestrian Center was beautiful. We've had a lot of much-needed rain in the last few weeks.

The sunset last night was beautiful! Butterscotch watches as Odie and Zoey find something interesting to dig up.
I had no idea that a sunbeam would show up like that until I took the picture.
