Got a call from Wi******er Wildlife Rehabilitation this morning about these two Boa imperator. They had just been brought into the facility after being found abandoned in a park inside a dirty aquarium. Ingrid and I drove down and picked them up, and they are now set up in quarantine to be fostered until they can be found a safe new home. They both look pretty healthy, although the lighter one is a bit on the thin side.

My daughter found this beautiful boy on her window screen this morning. He is now resting in my office window. By the looks of his ragged wings, he is near the end of his life. Still a beautiful moth, even in his state.

Please... NEVER release or dump your pet reptile (or any pet!). If you cannot keep or no longer want them, reach out and find another reptile keeper locally or in a reptile group. There is always someone who can and will take them in and keep or find them a safe new home.

Here's Waldo! Got a little worried and hadn't seen Waldo in a long time. Decided to check and rehouse. To my relief, she was not only fine, but huge! Big beautiful Hapolopus sp. Colombia Large.
