Puppies develop preferences for chewing objects early on, so guiding them toward acceptable items and away from your belongings is essential. 🔹 Early Management: The better you manage your pup’s access to non-chew items and direct them to appropriate toys, the sooner they’ll earn house freedom. Allowing free reign can lead to years of inappropriate chewing on carpets, shoes, and furniture. 🔹 Proper Supervision: Always keep an eye on your puppy. Use leashes, tethers, baby gates, or simply close doors to limit access.
