Do you have a passion for animal care and hands-on veterinary medicine? 🐶🐱 Partners for Pets is looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician/Veterinary Clinical Care Specialist to join our lifesaving team and support our mission by providing quality care to shelter animals and community pets. ❤️

✨ Position Details:
💰$20/hour
⏰ Part-time: 32 hours/week (onsite)
Monday: 8AM-4PM
Tuesday: 7AM-4PM
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: 7AM-4PM
Friday: 8AM-4PM
Saturday/Sunday: Off

🩺 What You’ll Do:
• Assist in surgeries & anesthesia monitoring 🏥
• Provide medical treatments, vaccines & microchips 💊
• Care for hospitalized and recovering patients 🐾
• Maintain medical records & lab results 📋
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary clinic environment ✨
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years Veterinary Technician experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs & be on your feet for long periods
• Vet Tech certification preferred (but not required)

🚨CODE RED🚨
‼️EMERGENCY‼️
We received a medical emergency request to take 3 puppies suffering with parvovirus. 2 of the 5 had already passed and the need for care was extremely urgent. Upon arrival 1 of the 3 puppies had died in transit. We now have 2 puppies who’ve been placed on hospitalization. Supporting a puppy through parvo is very expensive but we could not turn them away.

The medical emergencies are hitting us HARD! This week has been case after case and we really need your support. Every donation is incredibly appreciated and we need all the help we can get. 🙏 Thank you.

Darby is friendly, social, and full of charm, but she definitely has a diva side. She enjoys the company of people and is happy to coexist with other cats… though she may offer a little hiss now and then just to remind everyone she has boundaries!💅
