Sunnybrook Training Center had an amazing weekend at World Equestrian Center. We had 4 additional riders from Childress Rodger's join our barn family and it was a great weekend. Elizabeth Iiames was Champion and Reserve Champion . Harlan Kate Lockwood Fulton was Reserve Champion and was 2nd in the $500 2' Derby out of 31. Olivia Wilson and Koda was Champion in beginner horse along with Alex Karen Payne Ronningen with Indy Cruz was also Champion in Beginner horse (cali split). Elli Elli Wilson and Rio finished 8th in a very competitive 3' Derby. Kenley Crook and Reba was Reserve champion in .65 jumpers. Bella McMullen and Holly went Champion in long stirrup hunter. Madeline Ronningen and Pippi, Kendal Staley and Andy, Heidi Jurgensen and Charlie, Claire Genovese and Luca got some top ribbons in several classes. So proud!

Sunnybrook is super proud of the 2023 Ohio Hunter Jumper Association end of the year award winners; Madeline Davis & Sanibel -Grand Champion Baby Green, Reserve Champion Special Hunter, and Sanibel was nominated for Horse of the year! Madeline Davis & Black Tie Affair- Grand Champion Future Hunter and Very Low Hunter. Hannah Severt & Always Biz -Reserve Champion Future Hunter and 4th place Very low Hunter. Claire Genovese & Aisle Be Good-Grand Champion Limit Hunter and 3rd place limit Equitation. Elizabeth Iiams & Tidwell Brynn- Reserve Champion Short Stirrup Equitation, 3rd place 11 & Under, and 7th place Short stirrup Hunter. Harlan Fulton & Gigi- Reserve Champion 11 & under, 3rd place Short Stirrup Equitation, and 4th place Short Stirrup Hunter. OHJA Medals went to Harlan Fulton, Elizabeth Iiams(2), Claire Genovese, Kristianna Walters, And Olivia Wilson. Incredible!!!

Congrats to Elizabeth Iiams and Tydwell Brynn for winning Reserve champion in short stirrup hunter division for the Windfall Show Series! Congrats to a Madeline Davis and Aisle Be Good for being champion of special hunter division and reserve champion of Baby Green Hunter. What a great accomplishment.

Congrats to Bella McMullen for being high point rider at the IEA horse show at Miami University this weekend. The Sunnybrook high school team finished reserve champion Saturday and champion Sunday. Great job.

You will be responsible for cleaning stalls, water buckets, and barn. You will deliver hay and sawdust weekly.

Looking for a responsible person who is comfortable with large animals, preferably horses. You must be capable of doing hard labor that requires lifting.
You must be able to drive a tractor and drive a manual truck. General maintenance skills are required. You will be cleaning stalls, delivering sawdust, stacking hay , and cleaning water buckets. The job is 25-30 hours a week, Monday- Friday and two Saturday mornings a month. The job pays weekly.
