At Lilly's Pet Grooming our goal is to ensure every pet is safe while in our care & Leaves happy. We Love what we do.
All breeds are welcome in the shop! No matter if its a 2 lb. puppy to a 200 lb. senior Saint Bernard we are more then capable of taking care of their grooming needs. Pricing is based by breed, size and coat condition. Feel free to call for an estimate.
Lilly’s Pet Grooming is a Specialty grooming salon. Our appointment schedule is different then most shops. All grooming is Straight Through & by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Pets are scheduled individually to only have 1/family of dogs in at a time. Our goal is to NOT keep your pet in a kennel waiting and to get them back home quickly to spend quality time with their families. This is why we ask you return to pick up within 15-30 mins of them being finished. If pets are not picked up promptly there is an additional $5 fee for every 15 mins past the designated pick up time. Lilly’s scheduling system may not be right for everyone. But it is great for nervous dogs and pet parents who do not want their dog a the groomer all day.
Since Lilly’s is by appointment ONLY, We usually can not accommodate Same day calling for appointments And NO WALK INS. We offer Weekdays and Weekend appointments.
LEASHED....Please, Please have pets leashed. There are several wild animals around the shop that your pets would LOVE to chase. We are not responsible for a run away pet that is not leashed. Late policy applies to pets who are running loose also. We ask to allow them to potty before entering the shop. It can be very difficult & uncomfortable for pets to "hold It" while being groomed.
FLEA/Tick POLICY… To protect all our clients pet we no longer take pets with fleas. Please contact your vet and get proper treatment before making your appointment. If we find fleas during their groom there is a $25 fee to treat the pet and the salon.
NO CALL NO SHOW/CANCELATION....Depending on the situation we may charge a fee since we will not be able to fill the appointment slot. Being 15+ minutes late without contacting your groomer is also considered a No call No show. If you are going to be late Please call. Appointments have to be rescheduled after 15 mins. Fee is 50% of the scheduled groom. Fee must be paid before a new appointment is scheduled. Please notify your groomer 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel (we understand emergencies happen.) If you are late after a NO call No show Or Have 2 No Call No Shows/Last minute cancelations you may not be eligible to book any further appointments.
SPECIAL HANDLING FEE...(To ensure pet & groomers safety) for our feistier furry friends who might need an extra helping hand during their groom we will have an additional cost. We have to schedule special for these instances so appointments for pets like this might only be made on weekends or evenings.
Severally matted pets may have additional fees. It takes twice as long to safely shave a matted pet. Humanity before Vanity....Dematting pets is VERY uncomfortable and painful!!! We will brush out small tangles but do not Dematt an entire pet. Our #1 concern is pet safety and comfort. Depending on how sever the matting and how long its been in that condition your groomer may uncover sores, skin conditions, bruising and possibility of accidental nicks can all accrue.Shaving a unkept matted coat is damaging to the equipment.
Once/Twice a year grooming...You may notice an increase in your pets grooming cost if they are not groomed regularly. (4-12 week) If pets are not groomed regularly it can be a very stressful & scary process. There is also a health concern for the pet. Not maintaining their coat, keeping nails trimmed or ears cleaned can cause several serious health issues. We are not only concerned about the extra work & damage to supply but the safety of the pet when they are not on a regular grooming schedule.
Lilly’s Pet Grooming Reserves the Right to refuse any pet. Or may recommend another Grooming shop if we feel Lilly’s can not meet you or your pets needs.
