My Story....

I’ve had a lifelong passion for animal welfare and pet care, having had many beautiful cats and dogs throughout my life from childhood until now. I spent several years in the animal rescue field while we lived in AZ. Our group rescued cats and dogs from the local shelters. These rescues were all scheduled to be euthanized the next morning. All of our rescues, who through no fault of their own, found themselves abandoned at the shelters, were adopted to their forever committed homes. Most of our rescues were potty trained, litter box trained, and healthy. It was lack of commitment and education on the part of their human owners that was the root cause of these poor defenseless and voiceless pets being brought to the shelters with a high probability of being euthanized due to overcrowding. During my time working with the rescue group, my passion for the safety and well being for pets was further ignited.

I am a retired professional mortgage banker. After spending 30 years in the corporate world, and 25 of those years in the banking industry I made a decision to leave the stress behind and to pursue something more important. I now want to help other people who also are passionate about their furry family members and who require the highest level of professionalism and trust in a pet care provider.

Based on my own experience, I know how frustrating and difficult it is to find someone that you trust to care for your fur babies while you are work, away for the weekend or longer.

I have over 30 years of experience caring for my own pets as well as helping others with their pet care needs. I am experienced in administering medications, subQ fluids and insulin. I am certified in pet safety and pet CPR.
