With much sadness we share the passing of our best boy Blackie. From the feral cat outside in 2017 that we couldn’t touch to the social boy that would sit on clients feet in the waiting room, he has been a constant in our daily work life. We will miss him greeting us from the back stairs as we arrived in the summer mornings and the daily winding through our feet begging for breakfast as we tried to start our day. We will all miss you Blackie - thank you for being the best clinic mascot ever! 💔🐈‍⬛

We would like to officially welcome Dr. Rebecca Sheehy to the Home Veterinary Services family.

Dr. Rebecca Sheehy is a 2023 graduate of St. Matthew’s University, holds an MBA in Health Care Management from Davenport University and a BS in Animal Science from the University of Vermont. She is currently a Fear Free Level 2 Certified veterinarian, and is working toward Fear Free Elite Certification to ensure that every pet experience at the clinic is as stress-free and comfortable as possible.
She is originally from Shelton, Connecticut and outside of work enjoys spending time with her fiancé Bryan and their two dogs, Thor and Mo. Her favorite things to do when she has time are baking sourdough bread, gardening, or spending time outdoors.
