2010 AQHA Palomino Show mare by The Golden Deck. Multiple World Champion. Multiple Saddles and Year End High Points. Pattern machine. Sound, sane, safe. Novice Amateur High Point in 2024. Can be seen at Color Breed Congress.

2019 AQHA & Palomino Bred Sorrel gelding by Hetakesmybreathaway. AQHA points in Amateur and Open Western Pleasure. 16hh. Started over logs and on lead changes. Solid citizen that will carry a rider.

2023 Palomino filly by Hetakesmybreathaway. Full siblings are AQHA pt earners and Futurity money earners. She will be shown at Color Breed Congress.

2023 Palomino c**t by HeTakesMyBreathAway. Big, beautiful and will make a Futurity horse and a future Golden Horse and All-Arounder with his talent and looks. Great legged.

2024 AQHA/PHBA Palomino filly by Hetakesmybreathaway. Beautiful and a great mover. Will be an exceptional show mare.

Small Group Lessons!

This is a great place to learn new and hone existing skills regardless of your riding level! Riding once monthly for 4 to 5 hours with the expert advice of Scott Rystrom & Kelly Bennett, we will focus on everything from showmanship, horsemanship, western pleasure, equitation, trail and even the ranch events. You'll pack a lunch for you and your horse. If you don't have a horse, touch base with us as we have several Sainted lesson horses and may even have some lease or sale options available! Dates will be posted soon and spots are limited! If you'd like on the list, please send us a message!

We have one yearling available, all two yr olds are sold into show homes and the first foal of the year sold at 48 hrs old. Scott Rystrom Quarter Horses is currently seeking a full or part time person capable of cleaning stalls and reliable enough to do weekend chores. We are a very busy breeding, training, showing and sales facility looking for a new team member or two. These positions will offer the possibility of traveling to shows and learning the ins and outs of a full spectrum equine facility from conception to finished show horse. SOLD - 2008 AQHA Palomino Show Mare by The Golden Deck. 15.1hh AQHA & PHBA points in Western Pleasure. Walk trot deluxe with the ability to lope for any level rider. This mare will teach your small fry how to show and lope with the big kids. She is a saint and absolutely anyone can ride her.

2010 AQHA Palomino Show Mare by The Golden Deck. 15.2hh. Multiple PHBA World Champion with titles in Western Pleasure, Performance Mares, Trail and Hunter Under Saddle. She is safe for anyone, rides bridleless and is phenomenal in showmanship and horsemanship as well.

SOLD 2020 ApHC Gelding. 16hh, finished in the Western Pleasure, anyone can ride, safe, sound and sane. He is big, well made and will excel in the all-around events. Being started in the sms and trail this winter.

SOLD 2006 Palomino gelding with AQHA & PHBA points, lead change, trail rides, pulls a sled, all the things. Sound, fat and in need of a kid of his own. 16.1hh.

SOLD - 2021 AQHA Red Roan Filly. 15.2 and great bodied. Well started and will make a show horse. By Kissin The Girls and out of an Investing Wisely daughter.

It's c**t starting season! The greatest gift you can give your horse is a good foundation. Their future depends on it!

We like to have all of our twos started well with 30 to 60 days minimum and depending on what the c**t needs and what each individual tells us. Some get turned back out for the summer, some stay in and prep for futurities, some stay in and take it slow to be ready for the 3s. Every horse is different and our program adjusts for them.

The human brain closes a key window at about 13 yrs of age for the ability to become fluent in a second language. Your horse in turn, has a key window of learning and suppleness that makes their learning period faster and easier as well, taking advantage of this time frame is good for both of you and sets your horse up for success no matter the discipline or end goals.
