Due to a huge rise in matted pets we will be requiring this form to be signed if you are asking for any mat removal, if we notice matting at check in we will ask you to sign. refusal to sign will result in cancellation of the appointment and a fee for last minute cancellation will be added to your account before you can make future appointments. The days are getting warmer and our schedule is filling up faster. This is your heads up to get on the schedule!!

Our 1st available Saturday appointment is going to be June 3rd. Our Saturdays fill up very fast. I highly suggest pre-booking if Saturdays are your only available day.

1st availability for large breed dogs getting a full body haircut will be June 2nd. We can only take a limited amount of large fluffy dogs per business day due to the amount of time and effort that goes into grooming them. We highly recommend that you set up a reoccurring schedule so you don’t ever have to try to get an appointment last minute! 

Our first available appointment for all others will be the week of May 22nd. On average, we tend to book out 2 to 3 weeks at a time, please take this into consideration, when you are trying to get on the schedule and book in advance if possible.

As always, you are always welcome to book your next appointment when you pick up your fur baby during the checkout process. We are also offering online booking(link below)if that is something you prefer to use. If you would like to pre-book for the year, please speak to someone at the front desk or give us a call and we can get that set up for you!! Thanks to everyone for your continued patronage!

PSA: IF you have booked online and need to cancel you will need to go into the program and manually cancel the appointment.. we will receive notification of the cancellation immediately. IF you are unable to figure out the program. Please give us a call and we can cancel the appointment for you. We do not allow email cancellations. Our email is strictly for updating shot records, it’s checked twice a month, we will never communicate scheduling through text or email.

Furbusters here! We just had a customer walk in 34 minutes late for their 8 am appointment and get irate because we are unable to accommodate the appointment with such a late start. The conversation was not pleasant and ended with her threatening that we will be bashed all over social media, google, and yelp, if we don’t take her dog. I share this with you guys because I want to have transparency and open communication with all of you regarding our expectations. We deal with this type of anger on a daily basis with zero responsibility taken on the side of the owner. Please note that our time is important and our appointment times are set up very specifically so that we can accommodate everybody and be done in a timely manner. We are not enforcing rules to be mean, we are enforcing them to be respectful of our employees time and the time of other clients that have arrived on time! Thank you So much for everyone’s continued support!
