At Poodles & Pals Spaw when we treat your pet we look at them as a whole. Each member of our team is incredibly passionate about animals and their well-being, and are patient and understanding with fur babies that may be new to grooming, nervous about being handled, or are aged, ill or disabled. Our Pet esthetician’s hold a range of professional qualifications for pet grooming, animal behavior, nutrition, physiotherapy, and CPR. It is this expertise that enables us to deliver a holistic grooming experience for all visiting clients. we consult with the pet parent to discuss any underlying issues that may be causing these symptoms. Therapy treatments can ease the symptoms but it is important to find the cause of these problems to stop ongoing issues. A vet visit may be recommended if the parent is unaware of what is causing the symptoms in their pet. Another aspect of Holistic grooming is only using quality grooming products during the treatment. Being a Holistic grooming salon we understand that high-quality products are essential for a healthy skin and coat and will not compromise health for cost. We use 100% naturally derived products and only the finest all organic, natural, non-toxic, chemical free, cruelty free ingredients were chosen from a selection of suppliers, making them superb for even the most sensitive of skin. Meeting the second generation of puppies is always a special experience. Xaden is Seamus's brother. If you have visited the salon, you may have met him. These moments of family growth remind me of how much I love my job. I am fortunate to be a part of families' growth, just as many of you have been for me. The past two years have been a period of growth. I appreciate all of our loyal clients who gave me space and time as I became a mother. I also appreciate those who had patience as I returned and found my rhythm. To everyone who continues to show their patronage through their visits, recommendations, and reviews, the team and I express our deepest gratitude. We look forward to what the coming years may bring.

Sammy has received a clean bill of health after a concerning mass caused us some concern, and we immediately told his parents. We are immensely relieved and grateful for this positive outcome of the removal and results. Sammy is now ready to embrace the joys of summer with his parents.

This is why we only recommended certain daycares. Most employees will only have 2 weeks of training. It's not safe. Dog daycares should be ran by behavioralist/ trainers not someone who's only had 80 hours of training. Our salon is kennel free because I have a behavioral background and worked hand in hand with a trainer for a dog aggressive facility 12 years ago and continue too. It changed my career and how I run my shop with it being free roam.

Sweet Ollie girl! From enduring the hardships of life as a stray on the streets of Mexico to now living a comfortable and luxurious life with her family, this lovely canine companion is ready to embrace life to the fullest! She recently indulged in a delightful hot stone massage, followed by a pH-balancing rinse to restore her skin's moisture levels, and concluded with a rejuvenating fluff facial. Ollie thoroughly enjoyed this pampering session and gives it her 4 paw of approval!

I'd hate to make this post but we have had such an increase in No Shows, Last minute cancelation or showing up well over 15 minutes late that it's becoming a problem. We understand life happens, but our groomers work on commission. By you not showing up not only is your groomer making nothing for that appointment slot but it's really hard to fill that slot 30 minutes after you don't show up. So from now on : 🐾New Clients will need to put down a deposit. 🐾 All No Shows will result in being charge for the full cost of the groom to rebook 🐾 after the 2nd No show/Cancelation unfortunately we will no longer take you as a client. We truly appreciate your business and understanding 👏 🙌
