Southern Arizona Animal Food Bank

Southern Arizona Animal Food Bank Southern Arizona Animal Food bank is a non profit organization helping to provide food for pets in ne Our goal is to stop abandonment of all animals.

The Southern Arizona Animal Food Bank came about because of a separate, but shared, dream from Donna DeConcini & Margaux DeConcini. Donna DeConcini and her daughter Margaux had a desire to help with the abandonment of farm and ranch animals and set up the nonprofit Food For Horses in 2014. Food For Horses was designed to assist for a period of 90 days with food and vet care in an effort to keep t

hose animals with their owners. To assist in raising money they put together
Tucson Food Truck Rally where a portion of the proceeds were designated to Southern Arizona Animal Food Bank nonprofit. SAAFB formed in 2015 as a donation & distribution center to help animal owners not have to make a choice to feed their families or feed their pets. As of January, 2022, SAAFB has collected & distributed over 72,000 pounds of animal food. Distribution of food to all of Southern Arizona, needy families, homeless, Gospel Rescue Mission, Sister Jose Women's Shelter & Veterans with service animals. They also provide leashes, collars, coats, beds & boots for animals in need. SAAFB's goal for 2022-23 is to put a shot & spayed & neuter mobil unit together that can travel out of Pima County to help other communities. Our new location at Monterey Village shopping center in Tucson, Arizona takes monetary donations as well as slightly used animal items & in date animal food. At our location at 6212 E. Speedway
is open every day from 10am to 5pm. Artists markets & Artist Pop-up shows helps support local artists sell thie unique items & promotes donations for animals. Find out where we are going to be by visiting www.saafb.org. We give tribute to our fur-babies, that have passed over the Rainbow Bridge, by a 12 foot Rainbow with hundreds of names on bones place on it in memory. Thank you for your time to support SAAFB. We couldn’t help the ones that can't speak for themselves without your support. Donna DeConcini

💙 TOWELS and BLANKETS NEEDED at PACC! 💙

With the coldest months of the year just around the corner, our towel and blanket shelves are bare! We use these critical items throughout the shelter, including in our clinic, to keep pets comfy in their kennels, to clean, and more! Please check those closets and bring in blankets and towels (used is A-OK!) if you have any extra.

We are not able to use pillows, comforters, or fitted sheets. Please drop off at PACC, 4000 N Silverbell Road, any time we're open.

Thank you - from the pets 🐾

So apparently people are getting CLONED NOT HACKED on Fb. Changing your password does NOTHING. Heads Up. Almost every account is being cloned. One of your pictures and your name are used to create a "new" Facebook Account. (They don't need your password in order to do this). They want your friends to add them to their accounts. Your friends may think that it's you and accept your request. From that point on they can write what they want under your name.

I have NO plans to open a new account!

PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT A NEW ‘FRIEND REQUEST’ FROM ME. Better Safe than Sorry.
