Cody's Friends needs your help now! Federal agencies are coming to Cody's Friends for pet food to give to their workers who are no longer receiving a paycheck due to the Shutdown. We gave out 3,000+ pounds of pet food to one agency this morning. (pictured below) On top of our weekly pet food distributions, and the pet food we need for the Holiday community meals, we now need even more pet food to help federal workers feed their hungry pets during the shutdown. During the 2019 shutdown we gave out over 25,000 pounds of pet food. We truly need your help! There are 3 ways to give. www.codysfriends.org

Dont forget we are going to start collecting toys for the kids DAV Christmas party. If you drop off a $20 toy at the shop you can be entered in a raffle to win a free grooming with us. Or if you want you can drop off some non perishable food items to go to the folks at the DAV. Remember some of them live on a small amount of money each month and may not be able to afford extra to host family members. If you donate $20 worth you can also be entered to win the raffle.
