Every single one of them puts the pets first and goes above and beyond to connect with the animals they care for. I am so grateful to have a team, I know I can count on and trust. We enjoyed getting together today for our holiday party to catch up and swap stories 😉

🐾 To our furry clients - they truly are the best! We have the most loving, goofy and well mannered (mostly 😉) pets to care for.
🐾And most of all, our incredible team of pet sitters, who go above and beyond- even on holidays - to ensure every pet is cared for and loved. We couldn't do this without their dedication, kindness and passion for pets!

We're happy to announce we are partnering with Sabino Veterinary Care and ABC Vaccination Clinic to collect donations to support Pima Animal Care Center !
Drop off your donations at either clinic before Sept 16th. Items can be new or used! Food items can be open but must be in original packaging for ingredient information.
If you don't have any items to donate, consider adopting or fostering a shelter animal. With over 500 dogs currently at the shelter and more coming in every day, every single animal taken home makes a difference. Kitties up for adoption as well!

Meet Layla!!
Breed: Boxer X
Age: 5 or 6 years

Layla is a loving and resilient girl with a heart full of affection despite a challenging past. Rescued from an abusive situation, Layla was given a second chance by her current family, who helped her heal and discover the joy of a loving home. Now, Layla is in need of another kind-hearted family to offer her the forever home she truly deserves.

Layla currently lives with teenagers and a cat, and she has been a cherished member of the household. She knows basic commands and is potty trained, making her an easy companion to care for. Layla's loving nature shines through as she eagerly returns affection to those who show her kindness.

Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen incident involving a scuffle with another dog, Layla's current living situation has become untenable. Although Layla has previously done well in dog parks and with other dogs, this isolated incident has led to the apartment complex's decision to ask her family to rehome her by the end of the month. Layla's family is heartbroken over this situation, as they deeply love her and see how loving and loyal she is.

Layla is not classified as a submissive dog, but she has shown no aggression toward other dogs in her past interactions. This incident seems to be an anomaly, and she is otherwise a well-adjusted and friendly dog.

Layla is searching for a new home where she can be surrounded by love and understanding. If you or someone you know is interested in offering Layla the chance she deserves, please reach out. Let's help Layla find the happy ending she's been dreaming of!

Molly is full of it! She loves her food so much, that her mom installed childlocks on the food/treat cabinet, to prevent her from raiding the stash...again! She also has a timed feeder that we regularly find in a different room than where we left it. We assume she's trying to break in!

Ari is always up for an adventure, and we're constantly pushing ourselves a bit further and looking to explore new neighborhoods. Today was especially enjoyable with the perfect weather—78° and overcast. We're halfway through the week—keep going!

PACC NEEDS YOUR HELP! Please share to spread the word and get as many dogs placement as possible.

URGENT: PACC expecting impound of 100+ large dogs

Our Animal Protection Services team is currently working two separate large-scale cases that will result in more than 100 dogs coming into our shelter within the next few days. We are not able to share many details publicly at this time, but as Pima County's only open-admission shelter, we must take in pets that are facing threats to their safety and well-being.

With 539 dogs in our shelter this morning, we are in IMMEDIATE need of adopters and fosters for the dogs already in our shelter to make room for these incoming impounds.

Dogs and puppies are currently free to adopt, and all pets adopted from PACC are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. Foster homes who can take a dog for two weeks or more are also desperately needed.

If you can help, please come to PACC, 4000 N Silverbell Road in Tucson. We're open 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Being a pet sitter is so fun and rewarding! Steve got to care for these goofballs this past week and Penny and Walter, the goldens, had so much energy! Mabel, the little terrier, prefers to sit on the sidelines but she got her share of cuddles🥰
Anyone else have a dog with golden retriever energy?? We'd love to meet them!
Can't wait to see the gang again soon!
