Julius is a great cat. He has been in his foster home almost his whole life. He's energetic and outgoing at home, but he doesn't like the adoption events. He's been passed over at these events for other cats because he shies away. In reality, he is fun, playful, and talkative. He loves people and other cats and he is fine with dogs.
