Hey all! Handsome boy Nash here to let you know that we will be closing due to severe impending weather on the 10th this week. We want everyone to be safe and warm at home and not driving trying to get your babies to their spaw days. We have a few appointments available this evening (Wednesday) and some left for tomorrow (Thursday) if you'd like to get your babies cleaned up before the snow gets here this weekend. From this point forward, I recommend directing all donations, monetary or otherwise, to Experience Church, located across the street from Wendy's in Tullahoma. They possess the necessary resources to organize and store items for the family until they find a new residence. Good evening everyone! We just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. We are able to take a much needed long weekend for Thanksgiving and will be closed as of Wednesday until Tuesday December 3rd. Well, what a way to wake up. So far, we have been so lucky and grateful to our clientele for being understanding and supportive. We work with living beings with their own thoughts and feelings. Sometimes we have a bad day, Sometimes they have a bad day. It is up to us to make sure that bad day doesn't turn into a worse day. It's a big reason that we always quote 3-5 hours. We tell everyone who asks and it is posted on our front counter at drop off. Does it sometimes take less time? Yes. Does that mean that sometimes it takes longer? Also, yes. This person only posted part of the screen shots to the conversation on one of our posts and in 3 different groups that we are aware of, and then left a review and turned off comments on the post so we could not address any of the concerns. So we are posting the screen shots of the entire conversation here for any one who wants clarity on the situation. The way she responded to a respectful text on why we don't answer the phone during grooming hours is why we aren't welcoming her back. We always try to work with individuals to fit their needs for them and their dogs in regards to scheduling, time their pets are here, and style. That being said, we are a Zero tolerance salon and do not allow anyone to speak to us or our employees in a disrespectful manner. We have too many amazing clients and people supporting us to tolerate such behavior. At the end of the day, we are human and we are well aware that we won't make everyone happy. We really do appreciate all of our clients and their furry and scaley babies that they trust us to care for. Thank you for all your continues support, it means the world to us.

So, I as a salon owner just had to turn clients away. Thus far had been great clients. But in that moment I realized I needed to hop on here and just shout from the mountain tops how much I appreciate you guys. As a whole we really do have amazing clients and we whole heartedly appreciate you ❤️

This boy 🖤 Dexter has come so far just in this past few visits. This visit had me in tears. He sat so confident for me to groom his feet. Which usually is a huge trigger. I am beyond proud of him🖤
