*Longer and emotional post ahead*
It was brought to my attention today, that alot of you guys don't know my typical day to day process..
I know I've posted *alot* about holidays coming up, but I really do want everyone to know how I do things with everyday appointments esp now that busy season is approaching, and quickly at that.
Our drop off times are from 7:30-9 AM every morning. If I myself am not there, one of the clinic techs will take back your pet and grab instructions if needed.
After drop off times have closed, is when I start doing prebath prepping, and bathing.
Everyone is bathed in the order they have been dropped off in, lightly blow dried, and placed back in the waiting area until it is their time to come out and be finished.
I love to do it this way, because it gives ALL pets a break from a long process. They can rest, relax, and in some instances, calm down.
After all of our baths are completed, I pull pets in the order they dropped off in to complete our services for the day.
This part is important. I do make sure pets are finished, in the order they are dropped. It is only fair to the pet, as well as the client.
I promise EVERYONE. I wish I could have "fluffy" ready to head out the door in under an hour when it comes to every pet. But, unfortunately I am only one person, and I go as fast as I can SAFELY go with each animal.
Being a vet groomer, makes things a little complicated sometimes. I do have pets that are very special needs, some that are not welcomed at other groomers due to health issues, age, or behavior, etc..
This can make the day a bit longer for some, and put my schedule at the sake of the current pets paws..
I never rush a pet through the process. I keep everything as relaxed, and calm as possible for their sake. Nobody is just a number to me. Please do not take that lightly.
I am a SOLO groomer. 99.9% of the time, I do not have help to bathe, dry, brush, or trim. It is just me doing the service from start - to finish.
I appreciate each, and everyone of you ALL for being clients, and even friends of mine. I see all of your animals as my own, as MANY of you know. I have thousands of photos on my phone of silly things they have all done while with me!
One thing I always promised myself going into this industry is that I would be 100% with my clientele from day one. I stand firm on that promise.

If you've made it this far, THANK YOU. This means so much to me. You. Your pets. Mean so much to me. I love what I do, and couldn't do it with out support.
Please, if you have any questions - REACH OUT. I am always glad to do whatever I can. πΎ
