In the quiet moments of today and the days to come we find comfort in the love Buddy left behind. We are forever changed.

To the ladies that loved me at the end of my life,
You helped me up so I would move from the middle of the street and you gave me a safe place to rest. I was scared the day you found me. I could hardly move without pain. My 15 year old spine & sternum was riddled with spondylosis.
I was looking for my owner when you found me laying in the middle of the street.
I saw the sadness in your eyes when you would say “I’m really trying to find your owner”. You knew I was missing them and waiting for them to come for me.
You placed me in your heart.
I felt your love in all the ways you helped me.
You took me to the vet and we found out why I was in pain. You gave me medication to make me comfortable.
You would lift my b***y up for me when I wanted to go outdoors or take a stroll to say hello.
You would lay next to me when I was too nauseated to take my medication.
You were so patient.
You told me I was handsome and such a good boy. I felt loved and safe. You figured out that I liked hotdogs! They were the best! Thank you!
You knew I was smiling at you and you would see my happiness with all my tail wags. I was very happy to be around so many people at the end of my life. I soaked up all the love pats from everyone that came through the front door.
Thank you for giving me the freedom to roam indoors and making me the softest most comfy bed.
I was so happy being able to hang out with you, visitors and our dog friends. You gave me so much joy in my last 21 days with you.
You never complained when I wanted to be outside in the middle of the night.
You didn’t know that I knew my last and final days were here and I wanted to watch the sun come up one last time. Thank you for sitting with me all night.
I hope you think of me and feel my grateful love when you see the sunset again.
I thank you for giving me comfort and so much happiness in my last days.
If you ever find my owner Please tell them I waited everyday for them to find me. I even held on a couple extra days thinking they would walk in the door and be happy to see me.
I couldn’t hold on any longer. Tell them I love them and I wish they would have found me.
I know today your heart broke when you found that I had gone to heaven while I laid asleep at your feet.
I see the tears that fall
because I'm no longer there.
You loved me more in my 21 days with you than I had been loved my entire life.
In the end I felt loved and I saw how you always did your best for me, Your love was plain to see. For even though I broke your heart, You set my spirit free. One day we'll meet once more. For when you're called to heaven,
I'll be waiting at the door.

While driving my daughter to school this morning at 7:30 am, I came across an injured dog in the road at 121st and S. Yale. The dog slowly stood up when I asked “are you ok”? Then slowly walked to my car and crawled into the back seat with my help. Despite posting extensively, I have been unable to locate the owner. He’s a senior lab with salt and pepper coat, appears well-cared for but injured and deeply misses its owner. I scanned him for microchip Unfortunately He doesn’t have one. He does have recently clipped nails and appears to have been cared for. Please those who live in Tulsa, Jenks, and Bixby area PLEASE share this information so we can reunite this dog with its owner. This dog is scared and missing his home😢

This is Billy. I need a foster/adopter for this handsome boy. He’s a very calm sweetheart. His foster mom says he’s been perfect. He loves to cuddle next to you on the couch. He’s kennel trained. He’s a good boy. He has a heart condition that’s why he’s so laid back and chill. He needs a peaceful home that would love a dog to just hang with take a walk every couple of days.

Big Boy was adopted and then returned. Not anything wrong with Big Boy but his adopters dog did not like BigBoy. He didn’t want to share his home with BigBoy. It was sad when Big Boy was returned. We could tell Big Boy was sad. He slept in a big bed with his new family and he had free roam of his new home. He’s such a good boy! He wants a home and a family to call his own! He’s been waiting almost 2 years. He’s so smart! And a BIG cuddler!
