We are UNDER CONTRACT! We have 6 weeks to raise another $130,000. I put up the $5,000 earnest money.

They wanted $360,000

I offered $200,000.

They countered at $275,000 FIRM.

I signed. I’m freaking out. I need 26,000 people to skip a coffee and send 5 bucks!
