💙 Here are a few tips:

✨ A clean coat is less likely to mat and much easier to comb out.
✨ Always run a comb through after brushing to make sure no knots are left behind.
✨ Using a detangling spray adds elasticity and helps prevent damage during brushing.
✨ Repeated dematting can damage the coat and lead to worse matting over time.

Starting in August, I (Raelynn) will be offering my dog grooming services in two locations. I will still be operating Stay Puff Grooming Lounge out of my home, but I will also be joining Southern Touch Grooming in Broken Arrow. I will be available at both locations for dog grooming as follows:

Monday and Tuesday

Both locations will remain low-volume and therefore I still ask that all dogs be picked up promptly upon completion of services. A late pick-up fee may be added to the total cost of services as follows:

Failure to pick up within an hour will result in a late pick-up fee of $15 for every 15 minutes after the initial hour.

If you anticipate any delays in picking up your dog, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies happen and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we have limited space at either location and late pick-up charges may still apply.

3. Consequence: This is what happens immediately after the behavior. It can either reinforce (encourage) or punish (discourage) the behavior.

6. Ears Pinned Back: Dogs may pin their ears back against their head when scared.
7. Avoidance Behavior: Turning away, refusing treats, or not making eye contact can indicate stress.
