Laralea's Dog Spa After over 2 decades of dog grooming experience at clinics then 5 years at our home... This is my ❤ Text or call with any questions or to make an appointment.

Laralea has almost 2 decades of dog grooming experience working with veterinarians and several years teaching at a grooming school. She has built a large following of dogs and their owners over the years because she truly loves them and they love her back. Many owners say their dogs run to the door when they hear her name. She doesn't muzzle or strike dogs that are not in the mood to be groomed. W

e decided to open a groom shop in our home to provide a stress-free and enjoyable experience for our customer's dogs.The dogs are pampered with a warm bath and a variety of shampoos to match their skin type, listen to classical music in comfortable cages as they sit under the dryer, and are adorned with a variety of handmade neckwear or bows of your choice. Unlike most groom shops, we offer flexible drop off and pick up times and Saturday appointments. Due to our facility size we are limited to medium or smaller dogs.

This gorgeous lady is Miss Greta, she has a special place in my heart y’all. She’s so sweet, gentle and patient. I learned how to do the Schnauzer head on her, whew let me tell you,that first time I did it was intimidating for sure and it took me FOREVER…. But Miss Greta and her dad have been patient with me over the last year, I mean PATIENT…because heaven knows that I’m not the fastest groomer for sure but I’ve gotten better. I teased dad at pickup about how she was finished a whole 3 hrs earlier 😑😂💕 Have a good night ya’ll!

Yesterday, Mr. Scout came in for his fresh cut 💕 Scout isn’t always a fan of being around other dogs and he definitely picks his people. I’ve had time to build a relationship with Mr. Scouty Scout over the last couple of years just about from when I was bather to now a groomer. We don’t always agree about the grooming thing( that first groom for us together was rough, but we stuck with it) but all it takes is patience and an extreme amount of baby talk . I probably sound crazy but whatever works 😂 I always enjoy Scout kisses and cuddles when we are all finished. I’m thankful that we didn’t give up on each other and for the encouragement from Kate, Laralea, and Scout’s family. I think we’re finally getting there 🎇🎆

Here is the handsome Mr. Eli! He’s very picky about his people, I’m glad that I’m one of them! It’s always a fun day when him and his brother come visit us girls at the spa. I’m not sure who gets the bath Eli or me, all I know is… we both come out smelling like blueberry facial 😂 He always insists on giving me a big dripping wet hug. I love working on his top knot and poodle face. I love my Eli hugs, until next time!
