Tulsa Retriever Club Tulsa Retriever Club (TRC) is a retriever club (hunt tests and field trials) located in NE Oklahoma. TRC also hosts spring and fall hunt tests and field trials.

The Tulsa Retriever Club (TRC) is a non-profit, AKC sanctioned retriever club in Tulsa, OK with a diverse and dedicated membership from all over the state and surrounding states. We’re brought together by our common interest in retrievers. We welcome members at all levels of experience, from the first-time retriever owner to those competing at advanced levels. TRC maintains its commitment to an al

l-around retriever by holding monthly meetings and training days, seminars, guest speakers and more. Whatever your interest or knowledge level about the world of retrievers, we look forward to getting to know you and your dog. Another club member brag, if you will! Member, Michael Downey along with his wife Cheri and their Munsterlander retriever, Jack, headed to Las Vegas for the US Open Table Tennis tournament. Michael qualified to play in the tournament, they loaded up Jack and off they went!

Unfortunately, no gold medal at the tournament, but Jack was a hit and was seen peeking under the partition watching Michael play. Before the end of the tournament, everyone was asking "where's Jack?"

Jack is a real boss in the field and we love these stories of our members enjoying their dogs no matter the venue. Isn't that what it's all about? Here are a few pics of the journey that Jack shared with us ☺️ He was proud of his dad!

It was a beautiful day of training at TRC’s last club training day of 2024. Thank you to landowners, Chris Padden, Kevynne Super-Padden and Lucas at TripleMark Retrievers for the use of these beautiful grounds.

Thanks Abe Cabrera and Colby Cottom for the set up and to all who threw birds. It was a team effort 💪🏻

We welcomed several new folks and their dogs and enjoyed watching the work and making new friends. That’s what’s it’s all about! A great time had by all and a good way to wrap up the year.

TRC wishes everyone a blessed Thanksgiving and thanks again to all for joining. As they say, see you next time at the line 🐾

It was a great weekend at Tulsa Retriever Club’s 2024 Fall Hunt Test. Thank you to our hunt test committee, judges, club volunteers (you know who you are), the Locust Grove archery team and landowner. Also, to the many handler/retriever teams who came and ran. We enjoyed gorgeous weather and saw wonderful dog work. Congratulations to all who received qualifying passes.
