Hi all! Thought I'd explain something...

When you are late to your appointment, it does in fact make me run behind for the rest of my day. Appointment times are not a suggestion. I give you said time so I can have your dog on my table & started, then finished before my next appointment arrives. If you are running behind, you have a 10 minute period to get here & if anything after, I will need to reschedule. The way I groom each dog "one on one" here, I rely on everyone to be on time, for both drop-off & pick-up times given.

Please please please keep continuing your dogs flea & tick treatmeant YEAR ROUND. We have still been hearing "we haven't treated because it's so cold." Well, wrong. Fleas/ticks are still around, and year round at that. If fleas are found during the groom, the groom ends immediately and you must come pick up ASAP. Save everyone the hassle, and just keep your pets treated all year round.

We are really trying to avoid charging for use of credit/debit cards, but the merchant fees we pay every time a customer uses them for payment are crazy!
PLEASE if you’re able to, pay with cash so that your payment is staying with US for your coffee, not going to the credit card companies paying fees for usage.

I haven't posted pictures in awhile. Life is crazy/busy, and as most of you know I juggle a lot. Taking pictures in between dogs isn't always something I can manage with my schedule, but I try. Enjoy til next time.
