3 puppies dropped off Crane Rd between hwy 9 and Longview rd (Pontotoc). I was able to get one but the other 2 would not let me touch them. I plan to go back this evening and check. If anyone has it in their heart please help these poor babies. They are probably 10/13 lbs and 4/5 months old. My guess.
