It's been a while, as there's been a lot happening around here with my health and my boys (as in human children🙃) getting sick.
So an update for those of you who don't personally know me. ..a few weeks ago I was diagnosed with stage 1 ovarian cancer. This past Monday was my first treatment and boy oh boy, the days following that treatment were horrible. ..BUT, I think I may have picked up one of my boys' illnesses on top of the aftermath of chemo. ..at least I hope that's why I felt so terrible!🙏
Anyway, it's only fair that you understand my lack of posting updates on the animals.🤍 I am starting to feel better, so I can get out there and capture some videos/photos to share with you all, soon!
This morning I walked outside at the perfect moment and captured this beautiful sunrise....AND if you listen closely, you can hear my girls hooting and hollering to come out from their coop.🙃🐔

Our very first post! Play area started!
Our very first post!!!🤍😍 We're slowly working on building a playground for our goats and today was the start of it! 🙌
Our boys are loving it so far! We repurposed wood to build this platform,.especially since lumber is astronomically priced right now, and it worked out perfectly!!! 🙂
I can't wait to have multiple play areas around the pasture for these guys to play on!
If you're local and you know anyone with scrap lumber, please let us know so we can continue our playground in a cost effective manner! We'd love to repurpose it for our babies!
