After 6 years at our location next to the Stanislaus Animal Services we are closing down. In that time we have provided over 25,000 spays and neuters.

We will be moving over the next few days and plan to reopen our surgery schedule soon at our new location of 953 E Monte Vista Ave Turlock. Check valleypetcare.com to see appointment availability.

Good news! We have asked the shelter to extend our lease in order for us to find a new location. They have agreed and we now will be able to stay until May. That means we are able to schedule surgeries again. Visit valleyPetcare.com to book.

Over the past 5 years Valley Pet Care has provided 20,000 spays and neuters to our community. All of these have been low cost and many have been free thanks to generous sponsors like the Dogwood Animal Rescue Project.

Our landlord Stanislaus Animal Services Agency, has decided to not renew our lease. We now have 90 days to move out. This means that unless we can find a suitable new location Valley Pet Care will no longer be able to provide services after Nov 24, 2023.

Needless to say, we are disappointed by this decision by the shelter board of directors. Please know that we are actively seeking alternatives but it is unknown if/ when we will be able to reopen our doors.
