Many times we have spoken to homeowners who don’t understand all that we do. They want to take the Association from under professional management and do it themselves. Board members are then left to defend their actions in hiring management. That is hard to do against an uninformed population of homeowners who really don’t understand the time it takes to make sure a homeowners or condo owners association is run properly. People just don’t have the time to invest in keeping up pools and playgrounds and having conversations with people about getting rid of the junk that may be piling up beside their garage. Professional management raises the bar for neighborhoods. It gives them the tools to elevate their amenities and make sure things are handled in a professional manner.
