🚨 Adoptable Foster Pup: Coal! 🚨

Meet Coal, the cutest little mixed-breed pup around! 🖤 At just 2 months old, this smart boy is already proving to be a fast learner. His foster raves about him, saying:

🐾 “He really is the best boy and is super smart. After only a few days, he learned to sit, give paw, and we’re working on lay down. He’s also mastered using the bathroom on the puppy pads. He’s very food motivated!”

Coal is looking for a loving forever home where he can keep learning and growing! If you’re interested in meeting him or learning more, please call Metro Animal Shelter and ask to speak with the foster coordinator.

We have 6 puppies in need of immediate foster placement! They are around 3.5 weeks and they are eating wet food mixed with formula. If you can foster all or a couple of these babies, please call ASAP!

🌟 Urgent Help Needed for Sweet Tiffany! 🌟

Friends, our hearts are breaking for a brave little pup named Tiffany who has been through so much in her short 6 months of life. She was brought to us by animal control with a heartbreaking injury to her hind left hip. Despite her pain, Tiffany still wags her tail, flashes her beautiful smile, and showers everyone she meets with endless love. She’s truly a fighter—and now, she needs us to fight for her. 💔

Tiffany needs an FHO surgery (femoral head ostectomy) to repair her hip and give her the chance to live a pain-free, happy life. The procedure is intensive, and the costs are climbing. Our goal is $2,000, and every single dollar raised will go directly toward her care.

This little warrior is just 24 lbs of pure love. She’s already spayed, up-to-date on her vaccines, and has charmed every pup and person she’s met. But she can't keep going without this life-changing surgery. Knowing how much she’s endured in her short life and seeing her still choose to trust, play, and love—it’s a reminder of just how resilient and amazing she is. ❤️

In addition to your generosity in helping us cover her medical costs, Tiffany also needs a foster home to recover after her surgery. Fostering is so critical to her healing process, and the shelter will provide everything you need—food, meds, supplies, and support. You’ll just need to:
🐾 Ensure she attends follow-up appointments
🐾 Administer her medications
🐾 Follow post-surgery care instructions

While Tiffany is a social butterfly and adores other dogs, she’ll need to be kept calm during recovery. If you’re interested in fostering, please fill out an application at metroanimalshelter.org/foster and call or email the shelter during operating hours to speak with our foster coordinator.

Manny is a timid boy so please do not approach him quickly or chase him.
