So when we miss the mark and we do something that the horses anatomy doesn't agree with what happens to the feet? If the feet are in disrepair we missed the test. Our goal is to give the animal a foot to stand on. If what we do causes more disrepair and flaring, crushing, and distortion all in the name of balance, how long can a horse withstand distortion, flaring, and crushing?

8 weeks after being shod. This little break away horse was a nice one to get to work on again.

Team roping horse at 7 weeks. It’s important for me to observe my work at the end of the cycle. This helps me shoe the horse for the next cycle and tells me what I need to do to manage distortion. This horse received a proper reset🤠

In my opinion trimming and fitting hind hooves properly is more important than the fronts .
