I've been torn about sharing this, but I feel it's important to open up about what our family has been going through. Yesterday at around 6 PM while at work, I received a heartbreaking call from my sister that my precious best friend, Nova, was attacked by two dogs. She was in such bad shape, lifeless, and luckily my mom and Jose rushed her to Healing Hands.

After a nerve-wracking two and a half hours of surgery, she came home with 32 staples and stitches in her mouth and two drain tubes. Right now, she’s back home but very lethargic and not showing much interest in eating or drinking. I've been giving her syringe feedings to help her get the nutrients she needs.

The road to recovery will be long, and I’m asking for prayers and positive vibes for my sweet girl. Thank you all for your support during this tough time. 🤎🖤😭

Miss Nova has delivered 7 adorable puppies on 08/15 at 3:25pm. We wanted to make sure all the lovely people on our waitlist were informed first. All the puppies are healthy and mama is doing great.
