Happy 4th everyone! I took whiskey my 4 year old mustang to his first parade today and he did fantastic! No spooks or anything and he seemed to really enjoy it! I couldn’t be any happier with how he’s turning out. He always surprises me☺️

Took this boy out bare back today and rode out in the hills and got some work in. Couldn’t be happier with how he’s turning out☺️

$30 an hour if It’s over 3 hours. (TRAVEL TIME IS NOT INCLUDED IN THESE PRICES) $50 for less than 3 hours. $70 for anything more than ground work.

Started off with lundging her. Then worked putting a blanket on she did blow up a little bit then settled down real fast! Then I finished with braiding her mane and tail and taught her some patience that way and messed with her ears and face so she wasn’t so skittish.

Today’s adventure with Java. I lunged her for a little bit. Worked with her mane and tail. Grabbed the clippers and worked with her on that again. Today I put a saddle on her she fussed a little and then did awesome! It is a pleasure to work with this little filly thank you Liz for giving me the opportunity to work with such a smart little mare.

Today I lunged her a little while and did some ground work and then I worked on her bridle path and ears got that done and she did pretty well if I do say so myself lol

Worked with Java yesterday. I put the rope around her belly to act as if there was a cinch and to get her to collect underneath herself a little. Later in this video you can see me kinda of pulling on the rope and that’s just to see what she does with a bit more pressure. Did quite a bit of lunging. I threw the rope on and off and around her and she did amazing. I also messed with her mane and tail again and not much fuss at all. I also brought some small clippers with me and she was nervous but did amazing with the noise and vibrations after a minute!

Took my mustang down to Niagara springs yesterday and he did amazing! First time being trailered alone and out on his own. I did quite a bit with him yesterday crossed a few creeks, played on some bridges and went through some sagebrush and rocky areas and he did fantastic!

He has come such a long way he’s got about 20 rides on him and is doing amazing.. very easy good, level headed. Starting to move off leg pressure and moving and feet very nicely. Shuts down very quick if something goes wrong! Very reliable horse!

This is Apache he just turned 3 may 1 and is about 16.5h
This is his 4th ride and is doing very well. He’s very calm and collected. I’ve been working him on flexing and desensitizing! Ground work is very important in training for me if they can do it on the ground they can do it in the saddle!

Hey y’all I just wanted to jump on here and say hi if you’ve joined recently if you have any questions feel free to call or message! I also wanted to say that we are still training and that I’ll be trying to post a little more here and there but with our new jobs it’s a little hard to ride and post all the time! Here is my mustang I’ve been working with for about two weeks!
My boy whiskey has been fantastic he has accomplished so much. he loves to work and he’s always at the fence ready to learn something new! This is what he has accomplished so far…. Halters, leads, loads and unloads, baths, clips (with small horse show clippers) picks up all 4 feet, ground ties, tacks easy, easy to ride, Moves off leg pressure, getting neck reining down very fast, WTC, switches leads, slide stops a little and pivots. He has never bucked, rear or kick! He has always had a very level head! When new things are shown he gets a little wide eyed but no blow ups… I truly have an amazing boy! I couldn’t ask for a better and more eager to learn something new mustang!
