During National Disaster Preparedness Month, even our four legged family members need a plan.

Having a kit ready with medical supplies, medications, records, microchip number, pet information, food, water, and leash and/or carrier ensures you and your pets are prepared for unforeseen emergencies or crisis.

Thank you Dani B. for the wonderful 5 star review.

September is Animal Pain Awareness Month!

Pets feel pain just like we do, but unfortunately they can't tell us where or how bad they hurt, and often instinctively hide illness or injury.

Signs of pain and discomfort in pets include heavy panting, decreased activity, reluctance to jump (cats), and difficulty standing after lying down.

While acute pain is obvious, chronic pain can be subtle. In fact, prolonged pain can be treated and prevented if detected early.

As an AAHA-accredited practice, our experienced veterinary team fully assesses every patient's pain level at each visit. This is a mandatory standard because we know that chronic and unrelieved pain can lead to stress, suffering, and poor quality of life.
