Statistics show that microchipped pets are significantly more likely to be reunited with their owners than pets who are not microchipped.

According to AAHA, the return rate on microchipped dogs is 52.2% compared to 21.9% that are not. For cats, the return rate is 38.5% compared to 1.8% without.

Investing in a microchip is a small decision with a potentially huge impact, providing peace of mind and security for you and your pet.

Summer is officially here ☀

Here are some warning signs that your pet may be overheated
~Vomiting and diarrhea
~Hypersalivation
~Lack of coordination, dizziness, and collapse
~Disorientation and not responding to commands
~Excessive panting and gums that are blue or bright red

If you notice any warning signs of heat stroke, never force water into your pet or submerge them in cold water as it can cause shock. Move them to a cool place with a fan and contact your veterinarian right away! 🐾
