The clinic will be closed Thursday November 27th and Friday November 28th in observance of Thanksgiving.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday December 1st.

Did you know that cats and dogs can develop diabetes, just like people?
It happens when their bodies can’t properly produce or use insulin — leading to high blood sugar levels.

🚨 Common signs to watch for:
🐶 Increased thirst and urination
🐱 Unexplained weight loss despite good appetite
😴 Lethargy or weakness
👀 Cloudy eyes (dogs) or poor coat condition (cats)

💉 With early diagnosis, proper diet, insulin therapy, and regular vet visits, pets with diabetes can live long, happy lives!

The holiday feast is delicious — but not everything on the table is safe for our furry friends!
Here’s what to keep off their plate:

🚫 No-go foods:
Chocolate 🍫
Onions, garlic & chives 🧅
Grapes & raisins 🍇
Cooked bones 🍗
Alcohol or caffeine ☕🍷
Xylitol (found in sugar-free treats)

✅ Safe treats:
Small bites of plain turkey or chicken (no bones, skin, or seasoning)
Cooked pumpkin or carrots 🎃 🥕
Pet-friendly holiday biscuits 🍂
