Dallas AKC show recap!

Must be the birthday boy magic! Nox got 1st in her Ambred class yesterday under Lorraine Bisso 😭

Needless to say that I was pretty emotional. May not seem like much but this was my first EVER class win with Nox in AKC show!
Owner handling seems daunting but I have been learning a lot with this girl!

We'll keep improving!

KCGRC Show recap:
Nox and I are back in AKC show ring!
Last year our goal was to let Nox mature and finish her UKC CH title.
Now in 2024, we went strong into our first AKC show with 7 shows in total 😵 (all breed and specialty shows)

Nox managed to get 4th place in one and no love in other classes.

As much as winning is nice, I am so happy with how far Nox and I have come together as a team! We took advantage of a handling seminar during the show week as well and kept working to improve my grooming skills on her.

Big thanks to Hound In Motion Photography for capturing this candid moment with Nox and I having fun in the ring.

Show isn't always about the wins and I am so glad that I have a dog like Nox to share these moments with ❤️

1 year ago today, I almost lost my sweet Nox to an obstruction in her intestine.
To be able to look back a year later and see Nox thriving and enjoying life is just incredible.
I remember the emotions I felt those days and would never wish that upon anyone. It was such a devastating feeling, watching helplessly as your dog was struggling to recover.

To everyone who helped by sharing encouragement and donations. I am forever grateful and appreciate it more than words can ever describe.

Thank you everyone and thank you Nox for being by my side still ❤️

So excited to announce that Miss Nox, AKA My Buddy's Just A Small Town Girl, has passed all her clearance and received her CHIC #!

Along with that, my goal was to finish her in UKC CH last year and just got her certification that she received her Champion title!!

This year, we will be working toward her AKC CH title and other titles ❤️

Southern UKC Classic recap:

Nox showed in all 6 shows and managed to get 1st in all her class and 1 BOB! We are starting get into sync nicely ❤️ Win photo coming soon!

Did you know that Apollo is a certified therapy dog?

Apollo was certified in 2020 with Alliance of Therapy Dogs , and we love working with them!
We volunteer when we can to spread love and smiles to those around us.

We did a quick photoshoot today for a therapy dog project.
He is the best boy ❤️
