Lucy the lab mix has been a Phillips guest for years—and she truly feels like family. In fact, Lucy and our third Phillips babe grew up together. Lucy started boarding with us when she was just 2 years old, and Irvin was 18 months old. 🐶👶

Jenna Stephens is East Texas raised and a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience in the pet care industry.

From working with local animal shelters to pet sitting, she’s turned her love for animals into work she truly enjoys.

A dog-and-horse enthusiast with a soft spot for strong personalities, Jenna has a passion for getting to know each pet’s unique personality and tailoring her care to keep them comfortable, active, and happy.
She shares her home with her husband Daniel, and three dogs and an orange cat, so she’s no stranger to big energy, small attitudes, and everything in between.

Always willing to travel to meet her furry clients where they are, Jenna provides dependable, personalized care wherever it’s needed.
