Another successful rescue mission!!! St Francis Animal Sanctuary picked up three pups from our partners at Port Barre Police and Law for Paws and Friends today thanks to the tireless efforts of Mardi Paws!!!

These three pups are on their way to a new beginning and will leave on rescue transport to Wisconsin in October!!!! As always, we are thrilled and honored to be a part of these life-saving efforts! Every little bit makes a difference!

September 19 ONLY in Franklinton.

😺 $45 per cat (Cash, Card, or PayPal)
😺 no appointments needed, first come, first serve!
😺 Drop off is 8:30-10:30am. There will be a long line outside. Please be patient. Our line puts Disney World to shame, be prepared.
😺 We will TEXT you when your cat is ready. Plan for an evening pick up.
😺 Cats must come in a secure carrier (plastic or wire preferred) or live trap.
😺 Washington Parish Animal Shelter at 23046 Yacc Rd, Franklinton, LA 70438
😺 We do NOT automatically ear tip. Only upon special request from owner/caretaker
😺 We will have optional add ons such as an application of flea and heartworm prevention or dewormer available for an extra charge.
🐱 kittens can be spayed neutered starting at 6-8 weeks of age
🐱 kittens should be spayed neutered by 5 months of age
🐱 kittens should be spayed neutered prior to rehoming
🐱 breeders are not eligible to use our services
🐱 cats can be spayed while in heat (no extra charge)
🐱 cats can be spayed while nursing (will continue to produce milk; bring kittens that are less than 4 weeks old to mom's spay appointment; no extra charge)
🐱 cats can be spayed when pregnant (already too many kittens; no extra charge; gestation is only 60 days so please message us to possibly get an earlier appointment)
🐱 We will fit in pregnant, trapped, or difficult to catch cats any spay neuter day
