Today I am featuring Willow. She is a beautiful Golden Retriever pup who is chill at heart. She is so smart and learning quickly how to control those big puppy emotions. She is such a blessing to her owners who are doing a great job with her training.

Say Hi to Lady Bug. This young hound is so friendly and excited to meet people. She has been getting help regulating those big emotions. Her curiosity and play extends to swiping anything on the counters that isn't nailed down. She is responding so well to learning appropriate boundaries. Her family is doing a great job with her and seeing such nice progress.

This is Ellie Mae. She is primarily a pudelpointer, a German breed cross of a poodle and English Pointer. This young dog is an absolute delight to work with. Initially, she was very frightened meeting new people. Her confidence is soaring. She is learning how to respect boundaries and to regulate her emotions.

Hey, introducing Cami today. Her response to new people and environments is with aggression. She has been a joy to work with and is making so much progress as she is learning skills to deal with stress. The transformation from a pessimist to an optimist is beautiful.

Say hello to Walter (boxer mix) and Shirley (Great Dane). Walter is working on becoming an optimist and face new challenges with confidence. Shirley, who is only 6 months old, is quirky and a gentle giant. She, too, needs new experiences broken down to help her be successful.

Body language is a big way dogs communicate. If you pay attention they will tell you what state of mind they are in. Don't ignore them your dog is talking to you.
