To the client that couldn't get their pet in this morning due to a full schedule of surgery, hospital treatments, bloodwork, radiograpghs, and an e***a; and a completely full schedule in the afternoon, which was slightly shortened as the doctor had a Cat Scan scheduled at 3:15 pm to see why he has had chronic pain for 3 months...yes you have been a good client, and yes you bring all your pets here and have spent alot of money at our office...
but we have alot of good clients that do the same. So getting upset with the receptionist and your sister in the background using the F word, and getting all your records as you will be finding another vet...we are very sorry we could not get your pet in this morning. We did recommend you get him to the Emergency clinic in State Coolege...which if my pet was injured in my yard last evening and he had a hole in his head and was bleeding, and you were having issues with your neighbors...I would have taken him to Emergency last night.
