Whew!! Kidding season has finally ended for us!!

We attended one of our favorite goat shows this weekend and I’m happy to say our girls did very well with Kaylie making it to the champion drive under all four judges. But the highlight of our weekend was Kaylie’s homegrown 4 yr old WhiteOak Farms SD Sweet Dreams was awarded Youth Best of Show under Rebekah Rupchis!! It was the first time Kaylie has ever been awarded Best of Show. 🎉

Introducing our newest member to the herd: Stomping “C” Farms Dream Boat.
Dream Boat aka “Boatie” was gifted to my daughter from the amazing owners of Stomping “C” Farms. They donated about 11 goats this year to youth ADGA members. Such an amazing, kind hearted and generous gift to so many youth!! Our goat community is really amazing I am so thankful we can be apart of it. So thank you, thank you Stomping “C” Farms!! We can’t wait to see how Boatie matures and are looking forward to seeing you and your wonderful family at the next show!!

Today was the youth dairy goat show at the Mendocino County Fair and Apple Show. Happy to say 3G Family Farm IHC Saphira won Best Doe in show.
Kaylie was 1st in FFA showmanship and Wyatt was 1st in 4H showmanship.

It was another productive weekend! I canned beets, pickles, salsa, peach jam, made a peach cobble, froze 2 peach pies and made 2 different types of cheese. 💪🏻
