My teacher, Grandfather Eli Gatoga (1916-1983) was raised by and learned from his Cherokee grandparents as well as his Scottish Druid grandparents. Kindred cultures once again reunited in the Ozark Mountains.

In 1978, when practicing the old medicine became legal again, he wrote it all down in lesson form, because he was afraid it was getting lost.

I was his personal secretary while he was inspired to write 7 books and establish The Good Medicine Society which I still teach 50-some years later.

He FREELY taught me so I am FREELY passing it on.

Each of the 8 video-chat classes is one hour or less. I email the lessons and send reminder messages shortly before class.

Truthfully, we are all searching for a breakthrough.

Yet most of us want to avoid the breakdown.

To avoid what it’ll truly take to help us heal.

Healing is somewhere between being gentle with yourself and pushing yourself to grow.

Healing is a transformation.

A journey through the spectrum of emotions.

Emotions that lead you to your evolution.

And sometimes the greatest miracle in our lives is being able to face exactly where we are at, to feel exactly where we are at.

No running.

No hiding.

Knowing that there is magic here.

To vow to ourselves that we can dive down deep.

And rise again like never before.

To allow our lives to align just as they should.

And know that even if our breakthrough isn’t yet here.

It is near.
