🦄High Quality NY Hay fed 2-4 times a day year round (depending on grass/pasture and season)
🦄 Pro Elite Feed twice a day
🦄 Administration of oral supplements free of charge
🦄 Spring and Fall deworming is included in board!
🦄 Easy Scheduling with farm vet and farrier- we will even hold your horse for appointments
🦄 Fully Matted stalls
🦄 Large grass pastures with group or (limited availability) private turnout
🦄Fields maintained, seeded, rotated and raked regularly
🦄Dry lots to rotate horses off pasture

This is not a typical post for us- but it only felt fair to share with everyone seeing as Grace had touched so many lives. From toddlers to adults, Grace was the safest and kindest partner we could have ever had the pleasure to be around. One of the sweetest mares that would smile for a cookie everyday. She was a rockstar at horse shows, clinics, and was my chosen mount for moon lit ba****ck trail rides in the hot summer nights.

Today, we unfortunately had to say goodbye to Grace (aka Zip n pleasure)
She will be sorely missed by all her kids and adult students and especially the staff at Silver Brook.

Big hugs and deepest condolences to her owners. Thank you both for sharing your special horse with us all this time and allowing her to guide so many young equestrians.

We all know *that* barn smell. When you come into the red barn, it might be a little different. We have New York Second cut being steamed daily for our “princess” of the barn, Paco.

Paco may be the most “studly” gelding we have here, but he definitely is still the princess of the barn haha.

Hayden has been enjoying her lessons on Paco. These two are quite the pair!

Paco is a purebred Arabian that is also double registered as a pinto. He had a very successful show career as well as a career as a breeding stallion for majority of his life. He is now retired from stud services and will be going back to the show ring.

Pikhasso++\ is proudly owned by our trainer, Cassie. We look forward to seeing Paco in the show ring this season.

Shout out to all our riders who rode beautifully at Mystic Valley’s show yesterday. All of our horses and riders put their all into the show. We had lots of supporters from the barn also come and helped hold horses, groom etc. we couldn’t have done in without everyone’s help! To top it off, the girls all came back home and did barn chores for the evening.

Congratulations to all our riders and thank you to Mystic Valley for putting on a great show! We’ll see everyone next season

KD Just Charge it aka “Charger” is available for full, half, or partial lease starting December 1st. Charger is a 21 year old Arabian gelding. He had the personality of a puppy dog and if you can swing a leg over, you can ride him. From kids to adults, Charger will happily go around the ring or trail. He is comfortable for all three gates and will take care of his rider on and off property. Charger jumps in a trailer and shows easily and can easily be a lead line or Junior horse as well as show in amateur. He’s pretty much done it all but would excel in trail and sport horse rings. Take him to “non breed” shows, a cross rail class, trail, versatility, etc. I believe he also can show in color breed shows as a pinto *have to confirm with breeder*.

Approved outside trainers allowed for weekly lesson requirement. Charger is to stay on property at Silver Brook Stables in Uncasville.

Thank you to everyone who was able to come to our Boarder Appriciation day! For those who couldn’t make it, no worries. We hope to see you next year!

We had a blast. Congratulations to Gloria and Jess for winning the raffle as well as Hayden for the obstacle course with school horse, Grace.

The barn is what it is thanks to our lovely group of clients. I’ve never met a friendlier barn family with people who support each other. We all share the same love for our horses where their care and well being comes first.

Huge thank you Enviro Equine for coming and providing insightful information regarding equine nutrition as well as a generous raffle contribution. We look forward to working with you more in the near future.

Someone got caught taking in the sun before the big storm. Lucky had an appointment with the farrier so I had to disturb his nap unfortunately

Today was a very big day for Gabby and Lucky. Lucky is an unbroke Mustang that Heather at Blueberry Ridge Dressage gentled. Thanks to her work we were able to halter and lead Lucky today. He handled his first real trailer ride like a champ. We have a lot of fun work ahead of us with this boy. We’re excited to see what these two can do together!

This Valentine’s Day book a ride for you and your partner on Clown and Grace. These two will be happy to lead you around the farms property even if you’ve never ridden before! After your ride you can take the 10 minute drive over to the casino for dinner 🐴
